Key Features
This machine features six sets of mica-heated aluminum plates, with independent heating systems for both the top and bottom, ensuring precise and uniform temperature control. It can be used for various types of fabrics. The unique alignment system adopts a design that ensures no deviation or adjustment, significantly enhancing the lifespan of the belt and belt adjustment components, while also being more energy-efficient. Pneumatic pressurization ensures uniform pressure, allowing the fabric to undergo bonding work in its optimal state. The customized high-efficiency main motor ensures stable belt speed with a wider adjustable range, making it suitable for a wider variety of fabrics. Rubber bar device: Cleans the belt to prevent residual hot melt adhesive from contaminating the fabric. A scraping rod device is installed at the discharge port to strip the material. The discharge area adopts a mesh belt conveyor to prevent material accumulation.
