An Indian customer recently visited the JST factory in Dongguan to discuss a leather edge-finishing requirement and inspect relevant equipment in person.
For leather goods, the edge-painting step has a direct effect on the appearance and consistency of the finished product. During the visit, the customer and JST team reviewed the intended material, the edge-finishing requirement and the practical production workflow before considering the next machine configuration.
From process discussion to equipment selection
The JST-YB09 automatic edge painting machine was discussed as a solution for bringing more consistency to the edge-finishing stage. Looking at the equipment on site made it easier to compare working details, ask practical operating questions and confirm the next steps together.
